Crystal Kramer
Crystal has been practicing law since 2013 and is licensed in Virginia. Her practice focuses on representing residential and commercial landlords in court, as general counsel, and in administrative fair housing matters.
As a member of the legal community, Crystal has been recognized by her peers as a Best Lawyers in America® in Real Estate Litigation (2024 & 2022) and Commercial Litigation (2024) and a Top Attorney in Arlington Magazine (2021). She is an involved member of local bar associations and currently serves on the Judicial Screening Committee of the Fairfax Bar Association.
Crystal is actively engaged in her community, currently serving as Chair of the Alexandria Commission for Women, regularly volunteering for political campaigns, and serving as a Voter Protection Attorney every election day.
Mazin I. Elias
Mazin Elias primarily focuses his practice on servicing the Northern Virginia multifamily housing industry. His clientele includes publicly traded real estate investment trusts, national and institutional owners of commercial and multifamily real estate, property management companies, and other types of corporate lessors. With more than 14 years of experience in representing and litigating matters on behalf of multifamily and commercial lessors, Mazin has earned a reputation as a leading authority on the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (VRLTA). Such experience allows him to provide his clients with unmatched legal services.
